As a Product Management Intern at Optimum, I regularly needed to create Gantt charts to communicate delivery plans. Building and updating those charts manually was slow, repetitive, and hard to keep current as dates or workstreams changed.
I built Meridian to make that work faster. It provides an editable delivery roadmap, keeps milestones and tasks in one place, and lets teams export a polished, fully editable PowerPoint Gantt chart when it is time to share the plan.
